"24HR Highlights," "we," "us" and "our" mean the business operated by Matheus Gomes in Boston, Massachusetts. These Terms govern your use of our website and every order you place with us (the "Services"). By placing an order or using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, do not order.
You must be at least 18 to place an order. If the player is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order, or authorize it, and agrees to these Terms on the player's behalf. By ordering you confirm you are that adult.
We offer the packages shown on our website (currently Essential Reel, Player Launch Kit and Elite Experience). Each package's contents are described on the site at the time of your purchase. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, packages and features at any time, but a change does not affect an order you have already paid for.
After paying, you complete an intake form with the information and footage links we need. You are responsible for giving us complete, accurate and usable materials. "Usable" means we can access and download the footage, it is clear enough to edit, and any timestamps or player identification you provide are accurate. Footage links must be shared so that we can open them (for example, Google Drive set to "Anyone with the link"). Footage on third-party platforms such as Veo or Hudl can only be used if the footage owner has enabled downloads or sharing.
You keep ownership of your footage. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to download, store, edit and process it only to provide the Services to you, and to keep a record of the order as required by law and for dispute resolution.
We deliver within 24 hours or you get a full refund, and we still finish your order. The 24 hours begin when we have received all required, usable materials and have confirmed that to you by email (the confirmation states your deadline). The guarantee does not apply, and the deadline pauses or restarts, where the delay is caused by missing, unusable or inaccurate materials, a request from you for changes to the order, events outside our reasonable control (for example internet, platform or payment-processor outages, or severe weather), or your not responding to our requests. Our full policy is in the Refund and Delivery Policy. A refund under the guarantee is your sole remedy for late delivery.
Your package includes one round of reasonable revisions requested within 7 days of delivery. Revisions are for corrections and adjustments within the original scope, such as changing a clip or fixing a name. They are not a new order, a different style, or additional footage. Additional work may be quoted separately.
A highlight video is a presentation tool. We do not guarantee, and nothing on our site or in our marketing promises, that any coach, club, school or scout will view, like or respond to your video, or that you will receive an offer, a scholarship, a tryout, or a roster spot. Recruiting decisions are made by third parties we do not control. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results.
Once your order is paid in full, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the finished video for your own recruiting, personal and non-commercial purposes, including posting it to your own accounts and sending it to coaches. You may not resell it, sublicense it, or use it to advertise a product or service. We keep ownership of our templates, animations, graphics, music selections, logos and software. The finished video may include our 24HR logo or intro mark, which you may not remove or alter. Music and stock elements are licensed for use inside the finished video only.
We will not post your finished video or footage publicly or use it in our marketing unless you give us separate written permission (a message or email is enough). Videos are delivered by private link. We may keep copies of the finished video and your materials for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You authorize us to charge the price shown at checkout. If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at 24hourhighlightssupport@gmail.com so we can fix it quickly. Disputing a valid charge with your bank instead of contacting us may delay your resolution, and we may submit records of your order, our delivery confirmation and these Terms to the card network in response.
Veo, Hudl, Google Drive, Instagram and similar services belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with them. MLS, MLS NEXT, MLS NEXT Pro, ECNL, NCAA and other league, club and school names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and any reference describes the level of players we have worked with and does not suggest sponsorship.
You may not use the Services for anything unlawful, to submit footage you do not have rights to, to harass or harm anyone, to attempt to interfere with or break the site, or to submit content that is sexually explicit, hateful or that depicts minors in an inappropriate way. We may refuse or cancel an order for these reasons, and where we do so for a violation we may keep the portion of the price covering work performed.
Except for the delivery guarantee above, the Services and the website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Video quality depends heavily on the quality of the footage you supply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost profits or lost recruiting or scholarship outcomes. Our total liability for any claim connected with the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and reimburse us for losses, claims and reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from footage or information you provide that you did not have the right to give us, or from your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you order governs your order, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept it. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it in good faith. Subject to that, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Delivery Policy are our entire agreement with you. If any part is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Questions: 24hourhighlightssupport@gmail.com.
