The short version. We collect only what we need to make your video and take your payment. We never sell your information, and we do not show ads.

Who we are

What we collect

Order and payment details: your name and email, and payment details handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Intake information: the player's name, team, jersey number and color, position, graduation year, height, preferred foot, playing history, contact and match information you choose to give us.
Footage and photos: game footage links or files, timestamps and photos you provide, which may show the player and other people in the match.
Messages: emails and notes you send us.
Basic site data: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our website host.

How we use it

To take payment, confirm your order, make and deliver your video, and give support.
To keep records, prevent fraud and handle disputes.
To comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not use your footage in our marketing without your separate permission.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the business, each limited to what they need: Stripe (payments), Tally (intake forms), Google (Drive file sharing), our email delivery provider, and our website and file hosting providers. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. If the business is sold or transferred, your information may transfer with it.

Players under 18

Many of our customers are minors. Orders for a player under 18 must be placed or authorized by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent. A parent or guardian may contact us at any time to review or delete their child's information.

How long we keep it

We keep footage, finished videos and intake information for 7 days after delivery so we can handle revisions, and then delete them unless you ask us to keep them longer. We keep order, payment and communication records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing 24hourhighlightssupport@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep certain records as required by law.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and share finished videos by private link. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies and similar technology that our hosting provider, fonts provider and checkout provider need to operate. Our checkout provider, Stripe, sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
